  • John Leblanc

    Cofounder

John LeBlanc is a critical care nurse with over 8 years of experience. He has spent the majority of his career working in cardiothoracic ICUs. However, after working in COVID-19 ICUs throughout the pandemic, John realized how underserved nurses and healthcare workers are in terms of work-related trauma counseling.

John experienced the ubiquity of the COVID crisis from rural parts of Northern California and the Central Valley all the way to Beverly Hills. Humbled by the struggles he and his nursing peers faced as a result, he has begun to transition his professional focus on addressing the mental health crisis. He is currently studying to become a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, with a particular passion for increasing access to equitable mental health care in underserved communities
